After years behind the chair, I realized so many conversations with women had very little to do with hair… and everything to do with identity, self-worth, burnout, and learning to reconnect with themselves again.

This is a conversation I care deeply about, and something I’ll be sharing more of here moving forward. 💗

I think so many women are carrying the pressure to hold everything together while quietly losing connection to themselves in the process.

We learn to prioritize everyone else’s needs, emotions, expectations, and comfort… until we forget to ask ourselves what we need.

But constantly abandoning yourself is not the same thing as love, strength, or leadership.

Real self-trust begins when we stop performing for everyone else and start listening to ourselves again.
