🚨 New Policy Alert 🚨

I truly value each of you and want every visit at Voilastyles by Erna to feel relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free. To make sure I can give every client the time and attention they deserve, I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my appointment policies:

Late Arrival
• If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as you can.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we’ll need to adjust your service or reschedule for another time so that I don’t fall behind for the next client.
• If lateness becomes a pattern, I may ask after the 15 minute grace period you will have to pay a $25 fee

Cancellations & No-Shows
• Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a small fee of 50% of the service.
• No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) may be charged 100% of the service and could require prepayment next time.

It’s Phase 2 Silk Press day. I love teaching my class different skills. Silk Press was the topic of the day. I demonstrated on this beauty. I refreshed her color, silk press her out and trimmed about 2 inches. She loved it and my class is ready to silk those guest out.
