Racing thoughts can happen during an appointment when the lash tech and client aren't talking. The client will be mentally making a checklist or thinking about all of the tasks that need to be done later in the day causing their eyelids to flutter. Its actually really fascinating! Thats why Its important to relax and calm the mind. 😇✨️
