I Love being influenced by the gym girlies & I’m not gatekeeping!! Getting back consistent with the gym is paying off… My body feels better, my scalp feels clearer, & my circulation is flowing (And we know...) Gym time = better circulation… better circulation = stronger hair growth ‼️ One thing I'm always going to do is lean into the naturopathic/healthier option when I can!! I'm not perfect-of course everything I use isn't 100%"clean—but I try, and that's what matters 🥰🥰

Hey loves! My Momma may call me her Sunshine (or Doctor lol), but to be real, I'm not always sunshine and rainbows. ☀️
Sometimes… stress gets the best of me & my hair gets the brunt of it (The video above is me showing my short spot) 😮💨😫
That comes from stress & hair pulling 🥹Pulling out my hair (Trichotillomania - TTM) is a bad habit I'm working on breaking… it's gotten extra hard since life’s been life’n 💔
I also started gaining weight 🙃…I'm down 16 pounds, so progress is being made 🙌🏾💪🏾
But guess what? It's all about being intentional & I'm focused on caring for my hair, health (mental & physical), & self 🫡
I decided to braid my hair myself to ensure it's loose and my scalp stays happy 😌
(…and to show I practice what I preach… no back2back braids with extensions )
