I had them shook rolling into class 3 min early 🤭 yesterday’s class was all about taking care of ME. Self care takes a trillion different forms and yesterday mine looked like leaving it all on the reformer 🔥 upgrading my springs 🔥 pushing through the burn 🔥 doing that extra rep🔥 and showing up for me!

Life was PEDAL TO THE METAL for a minute there and I was away from my reformer and my but today we were reunited and it felt sooooo good 😌 ✨

We transform our clients all day long but sometimes the service provider needs a little TLC too… I know my stylist fam can relate 👀🫢 I’m the worst client in the chair and honestly no one cuts my pixie like me lol 😂 🤷🏽‍♀️
