As a former NCAA Division I tennis player, Dane experienced firsthand how essential therapeutic bodywork is for recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance. Regular massage wasn't just an occasional luxury during his athletic career. It was part of what kept him healthy enough to train, compete, and perform.

That experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others do the very same.

Today, Dane specializes in neuromuscular therapy, corrective movement, and performance-focused bodywork, combining advanced therapeutic techniques with a holistic understanding of how the body moves and functions. As a
Certified CHEK Practitioner, he looks beyond where it hurts to uncover why it hurts, creating customized treatments that improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term wellness.

Trusted Care Continues at Elevation

Hi Elevation Family,

We wanted to share an important update regarding Sandra’s schedule over the next few months.

As many of you know, Sandra has been a valued part of our team and has built some incredibly meaningful relationships with her clients over the years. Due to her husband’s job relocation, Sandra and her family will be moving out of Houston later this year. Before that transition, she will be taking a temporary leave of absence beginning June 1 through August, before returning briefly ahead of her official departure in October.

We know this update comes with very little notice, and we truly apologize for that. These changes developed quickly, and we wanted to communicate with everyone as soon as we had a clear plan in place.

Sandra will still be available this Friday and Sunday before her leave begins, and we would love to help fill her schedule for clients wanting one more session with her before she steps away for the summer.

While we know many clients specifically book with Sandra, we also want to reassure everyone that you are in exceptionally capable hands with the rest of our team. Elevation has intentionally built a staff of highly skilled therapists with specialties ranging from deep tissue and sports massage to TMJ work, lymphatic drainage, mobility-focused treatment, and restorative bodywork.

To help make the transition seamless, any of Sandra’s regular clients will receive 10% off their first service with another member of our massage team.
