I love our love 💕

As we are coming up on our 3rd year together as a WLW couple, we’ve learned a few things we’d like to share with our community. 🫶🏽

1.) Dating never ends!! We are so busy with our business, and it’s easy to get caught up in our work, but we make it a must to continue taking each other out on dates. Even when life gets busy, we still make time to be girlfriends, not just business partners.

2.) Communication is everything !! We’ve learned that we can’t expect each other to just “know” what we’re feeling. We talk things out, even when the conversation is uncomfortable, because staying connected is more important than being right.

3.) Keep choosing each other !! Relationships go through different seasons. Some days are easier than others, but we’ve learned that love is also a decision. We choose to show up for each other, support each other, and continue growing together.

4.) Give each other room to grow — We’re not the exact same women we were when we first got together, and that’s okay. We’ve learned to allow each other to evolve as individuals while still building a life together.

5.) There are no gender roles, and it’s not always 50/50 Sometimes she’s at 5%, and I’m covering the 95%. Other times, I might be the one who needs more support. We don’t keep score or expect everything to be perfectly equal every day. We step in where the other person needs ❤️

Almost 3 years later, we’re still learning, still growing, still dating, and most importantly… still choosing each other, we hope this helps other wlw/fem4fem couples 🥂❤️ ***an ***ancouple 🌈
