I'm not ,"hating"... I'm ... just "sayin" . 🤷🏿‍♂️ Barbering is ... dear to me . I dug my way out of EVERY TRAP that was SET for me , with this s**t . I love the game, and I'm true to it- flaws and all. Every cut that I do ain't perfect . If you look through my content , you can find some flaws , but I always post the whole cut , because I don't just want you to see "the good side" like a lot of barbers are doing , on social media . I don't paint over mistakes , or make up hairlines that aren't even there.I want you to see the mistakes , too. This is all a part of my journey . I don't misrepresent mySELF . I don't like WOMEN that misrepresent themselves ( a pound of makeup , body suits that make them look thinner -but to each his/her own) . WHY would I make it my BUSINESS to help MEN misrepresent themSELVES ?¿? I help people appreciate what they already HAVE. I make what they currently possess , look amazing with just clippers , guards , blades , and nice hands . It hurts my heart to see how we (as an industry ) are disconnecting from the communities that we serve . I remember when I first moved to Texas (2023) ...There was a time when I was charging $70.00 for a cut , with the beard .I was getting paid , but in my heart , I knew that I would alienate a large portion of the community that wanted to serve so I brought my ego , and my prices back down to reality . Now days , everybody just wanna see what they can "GET" ,from you . It don even MATTER if they're not doing too much -they just wanna SEE how MUCH they can GET ,and honor and integrity is being lost- at what cost? People don't really TRUST us ,anymore . They look at us as nickel and dime hustlers when we used to CARE about the communities that we worked in .It has turned into this predatory , "Give me , give me , give me!! PUSH !PUSH !!PUSH !!!PUSH !!!!" , type of thing that nobody LIKES ,and when people don't "like it " we just call them "BROKE"... This new generation is leaving the art behind - SOME . Not ALL.That's why I run my own s**t , now . I control ME , and that's it . True to the game. 🤷🏿‍♂️🫡- Thank you to all of clients that make my separation from the mainstrea

Everything starts with Me . To expound : everything that I expect from others , starts with me , as well. I tell every Black man that I hold a meaningful conversation with , that your appearance is of your most essential competitive advantages , that you will take the time to create as it relates to first impressions , and generally across the board. Ethically , the same standard applies . Character wise . Morally . The ways that I speak and engage , on a day to day , basis ... I keep y'all fresh , yes - but no one will ever tell you that they have seen me not living according to the standard that I provide . At first glance , I'm detailed , and polished (a little rough around the edges , too , for good measure) .Upon closer observation , I'm even better. 👉🏿An example for My Sun 👈🏿. People will have preconceived notions, from the outset ;one would be wise to consider their appearance , as , it is the first thing that introduces you . And ...👉🏿an example for My Daughter👈🏿 , as well . She should expect nothing less from Her spouse , when She gets older .I ain't no "pretty n***a "... But I make sure that look like business . The world will only take you as seriously as you take yourself.
