I’m good with aging… I just don’t want to look tired. 🤎

Between weight loss, perimenopause and good ol’ gravity 😂, I’ve noticed some changes in the fullness of my face. So after watching Kathy’s work for about TWO YEARS, I finally booked my facial balancing consultation at NIMS MedSpa.

Kathy was amazing. She really listened to my concerns, broke everything down for me and understood that my goal isn’t to change my face or chase looking younger — I just want to look refreshed and still look like ME.

Lesson learned: garden work on an empty stomach with not enough hydration or electrolytes is NOT the move. 😩😂 But I got it DONE before the thunderstorm! ⛈️

Love a long weekend!!

And just like that… summer garden season is a wrap. 🌱💚

We started with big garden dreams and ended with a few wins, a LOT of lessons, and me fighting bugs for my life. 😂 But we made it!

Now it’s time to make room for the fall garden. 🍂🌱

NOLA definitely knows how to do good food & good vibes! ⚜️🍹 We stopped by Monday and everything was hitting — the food, the drinks AND the atmosphere. And those sweet potato beignets?! BABY… they were EVERYTHING! 🤤🙌🏾
