✨ You may be going through more transitions than you expected.
Your body is changing. Your hormones are shifting. Your sleep, mood, energy, and even the way you feel about yourself may be different than they used to be.
But here’s the reminder I want you to hold onto: you don’t have to simply “put up with” your symptoms. ❤️
Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions—but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer through them.
With the right information, support, and care, you can address your symptoms, understand what’s happening in your body, and THRIVE in this next chapter. ✨
This isn’t the end of your best years.
You’re still becoming. You’re still growing. And you’re still allowed to feel your best. 💕
What’s one thing you wish you had known before entering perimenopause? 👇🏾

🌸 3 Simple Ways to Manage Stress During Perimenopause
Perimenopause can bring enough changes—so let’s talk about a few things you can control. 💗
✨ 1. Prioritize sleep.
Your body needs quality rest to recharge. Create a calming bedtime routine and give yourself permission to make sleep a priority.
🏃🏾♀️ 2. Move your body.
You don’t have to spend hours at the gym. Walking, strength training, stretching, dancing—find movement you actually enjoy!
🥑 3. Nourish your body.
Balanced meals with protein, fiber, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables can help support your energy and overall well-being.
And remember: small, consistent changes can make a BIG difference. 🙌🏾
Now I want to hear from YOU 👇🏾
Which one are you working on right now?
😴 Sleep
🏃🏾♀️ Movement
🥗 Nutrition
Or comment “ALL 3” if you’re working on all of them! 😂💗
