Have you ever tried Haitian Potato salad?! Aka salad ruse Haitian vibrant take on potato salad is a HIT! People are often thrown off by the color, but once they have that first bite, they are sold!!

Don’t be scared the color only changes because we add beets to our potato salad. Chef’s Kiss!!

This Juneteenth I had the pleasure of catering The Center for Healing Racism’ s Annual fundraiser! It was so inspiring hearing about the work they do and the young poet’s performance was amazing!! Also, my own cousin Marjorie was honored for the work she’s done at the Executive Director of the Houston Coalition Against Hate.
