Hey girls! It's that time again to start up our fall semester of Fit for Christ FREE workouts + bible study at United City Church!

Join the Tuesday morning crew at 9:30-12pm for workout+brunch+fellowship+community+biblestudy

Join the Wednesday evening crew 6:30pm-8pm for workout+healthy snack+fellowship+community+biblestudy

**We have vitual options available**

starts this week Sept 7 & 8
register for the class and childcare here: unitedcity.church/events

Also, we will meet for another free workout on Thursdays 9:30-10:15am in room K21 for a workout and prayer time, FREE, no childcare provided, but they can come and workout with us or hang out and play :)

30 monster walks there and back
20 plank shoulder taps
10 pushups
20 plank butt taps

Workout: 20 lat pull downs (wide grip), 20 lat pull downs (narrow grip), 10 dead lift and curl (45lb bar), 10 bicep curls (45lb bar), 20 back extensions

try this for a low impact b***y burner:
add weights to your hip flexors and a band above the knee for optimal burn!!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

3 rounds of:
20 slow Glute hamstring bridges
20 top half Glute hamstring bridges
20 pulse aparts (in the bridge hold)
20 single leg donkey kicks (with band)
20 pulse the donkey kick
switch legs

It doesn't take long to get DRENCHED in sweat!!! Get outside and sweat some of that junk, stress, toxins out :) Try this:
3 rounds of:
10 burpees
20 squat jumps
50 high knees
40 alternating bicep curls

We Grilled fajitas (beef and chicken)
sauteed onion, garlic, zuchini squash and yellow squash, with mushroom- in olive oil with salt and pepper,
added pico, and cilantro :)

We made 8 containers of this for meal prep lunches!!!

It's been a WHILE since I've made these! The very first time I had these were from a bootcamp participant YEARS ago! They are the easiest and tastiest snack :) This version of Oatmeal Energy bites include: 2 cups of peanut butter, 4 cups of old fashioned oats, 1 tbsp vanilla, 2 tbsp honey, 1/3 cup of chocalate chips. Mix, then Smash into balls and refrigerate :)
