Stress is one of those things that can cause a lot of problems when not managed.

When someone is going through a stressful time, It's important to remember that self care is important.

Stress puts our brains in survival mode, which can take away our ability to feel what our bodies are telling us.
it sounds look a GREAT super power at first.

But the second we're out of survival mode, all of that pain, & tension can show up all at once.

self care during a period of stress, can help minimize what your body goes through after your brain steps out of survival mode.

Good Afternoon, Since it's Saturday, Let's share some of our favorite local places!

In honor of Halloween, I have to talk about my favorite Chocolate Place in Houston!

Cocoa and Cardamon is the best chocolate shop I've been to so far
I dream about their Artisan Bars especially the Texas Pecan Artisan Bar
