10年以上前のレーザー治療によって色素が失われてしまった症例です。

今回は、レーザーによる色素減少部分と、周囲のくすみがある部分との色の差をできるだけ自然になじませることを目標に施術を行いました。

くすみ改善の色味に加え、色素減少部にはスキンカモフラージュの考え方も取り入れながら、唇に合わせて色を調整しました。

今回は1回目の施術です。
今後は定着の経過を確認しながら、2回目以降でさらに色味を整えていきます。

レーザー後の唇は、肌質が異なる為様子を見ながら色素を調整していきます。

This client experienced pigment loss following laser treatment performed over 10 years ago.

The goal of this treatment was to minimize the contrast between the hypopigmented areas and the surrounding darker, discolored tissue for a more natural and even appearance.

Using the OHANA LIP Color Theory, I carefully selected the ground color and applied discoloration correction techniques while incorporating skin camouflage principles to customize the pigment for her unique lip condition.

This is her first session.
We will continue to monitor pigment retention and healing before refining the color in future sessions if needed.

With laser-induced pigment loss, success is not simply about adding color. It requires understanding skin condition, remaining pigmentation, and how light reflects through the tissue to create the most natural result.

Correction work for previous LIP PMU.

過去に2回アートメイクをされており、残っている色素と形の修正をご希望でした。

少しオーバーライン気味に残っていた色素が皮膚に定着し、外側と内側で色味の差が出ていたため、今回はブラウンカラーを使って自然に馴染むように調整しました。

最近はオーバーラインの施術も増えていますが、唇の皮膚を超えた部分に色素が残ると、不自然な経過につながることがあります。

だからこそ、デザインは“今きれい”だけでなく、時間が経った時の見え方まで考えて慎重に選ぶことが大切です。

こちらの定着とタッチアップの様子も、またご紹介していきます。

Correction work for previous lip PMU.

This client had lip PMU done twice before and came in for color and shape correction.

Some of the remaining pigment had settled slightly outside the natural lip border, creating a difference in tone between the outer and inner areas.

For this session, I used a brown-based color to soften the contrast and blend the previous pigment more naturally.

Overlining can look beautiful when done carefully, but if pigment is placed beyond the natural lip tissue, it may heal in an unnatural way over time.

This is why choosing the right shape is so important, not only for the immediate result, but also for how it will age.
