Saint Noir Luxury Lashes

After years of being a full time lash artist - my body didn't feel the way it needed to (at all). I considered myself a "healthy" person - eating "healthy", working out once a day before taking clients all day, yet somehow I noticed my own health was declining. I was out of breath super easily, always puffy, couldn't sleep right, in pain all the time, and felt way older than I was 😂

When I started to study my National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT course that's when it really hit me. I learned that a sedentary lifestyle causes chronic illnesses that are the leading causes of death worldwide.

Meaning that simply not moving our bodies, is killing us.

What's considered a sedentary lifestyle? Below 5k steps a day. Anything below 5k - you're putting yourself at risk for some major health issues.

I didn't think it was me because I was "productive", I worked out once a day or every other day. I never would've thought myself as a "sedentary" person - when in reality my average steps over the last few years as a full time lash artist were 1,000 - 3,000 per day. That.... is a sneaky sedentary lifestyle. A quiet killer.

My hope is to encourage, inspire, and motivate more of my fellow lash artists to not make the same mistake I made.

For this set we went for "are those your real lashes?" Using .07 c curl 5mm-9mm 😏

I can't even lie I am LOVING the "edit with chatgbt trend" going around! Here are some quick edits I tried on an image of the most beautiful girl and I used the same prompt that .esthetics posted the other day! Can't wait to play with the prompt and make more 😍

Lowkey like the lashes in the original image way better tho 😂 3rd slide is the original untouched image and actually still my fave version of this 🤍
