We cleanse our bodies every day, but how often do we intentionally cleanse our energy?

After every day of seeing clients, I step into the shower with purpose. As the water flows over me, I imagine it washing away anything that isn’t mine to carry.

I call all of my energy back.
I call all of my power back.
I lovingly release any attachments to people, emotions, or experiences from the day.

For me, it’s a sacred ritual of returning home to myself.

Whether you believe in energy, nervous system regulation, or simply the healing power of mindfulness, taking a few intentional moments under running water can help you pause, breathe, and let go of the weight of the day.

You don’t have to carry everything you’ve experienced.
