Cove Telehealth for Women • thyroid • hormones • weight management
Just because something has been the standard approach doesn't mean it's the right approach for every woman.
Hormone health is complex, and the best care starts with understanding what's driving your symptoms, not assuming the same solution works for everyone.
That's why we take the time to look deeper before building a plan.

Nutrition doesn't stop because you're eating less.
In fact, it becomes even more important.
The right guidance can help you protect your health, preserve muscle, support healthy hair and skin, and make sure your body has what it needs while you're losing weight.
Our approach isn't about throwing more at the problem.
It's about understanding what's actually driving your symptoms and creating a plan that's as unique as you are.
Sometimes that includes medication. Sometimes it doesn't. The goal is always the same: helping you feel like yourself again with care that's thoughtful, personalized, and built around you.
The Cove wasn't created because the healthcare system is broken. It was created because there was a gap.
A place for people who aren't in a medical crisis but still don't feel like themselves. A place where the goal isn't just managing symptoms, but understanding why they're happening in the first place.
That's the kind of care we set out to build, and it's the kind of care we're proud to provide every day.
Whether your goal is more energy, better sleep, improved hormone health, sustainable weight loss, or simply feeling your best, we're here to help you create a plan that's built around you.

Have you ever found yourself rereading the same email three times, walking into a room and forgetting why, or struggling to stay on top of things that used to feel easy?
Many women assume they're getting distracted, overwhelmed, or somehow dropping the ball.
What often surprises them is that changes in sleep, hormones, and overall health can have a significant impact on focus, memory, and mental clarity.
You can feel exhausted, struggle with sleep, experience brain fog, and wonder what's happening, only to be told everything looks "normal."
The challenge is that perimenopause is often a moving target. Hormones fluctuate throughout the month, which means a single snapshot doesn't always tell the full story.
That's why understanding your symptoms can be just as important as understanding your labs.

Hot take: If weight loss is your goal, exercise may not be where you need to start.
I see women come into my clinic all the time who are doing everything they’ve been told to do.
They’re waking up at 5 a.m.
Working out five days a week.
Pushing harder. Doing more. Eating less.
And the scale still isn’t moving.
So naturally, they assume the answer is to exercise even more.
But here’s the problem:
You can’t always outwork a body that’s under stress.
Exercise has incredible benefits for your strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, mood, and long-term wellness.
I’m not telling you to stop moving your body.
I’m telling you that if weight loss is your goal, more exercise isn’t automatically the answer.
Sometimes, the better place to start is looking at the bigger picture:
How are you fueling your body?
Are your nutrition habits supporting your goals?
How well are you managing stress?
Are you giving your body adequate time to recover?
Because adding another 5 a.m. workout to an already overwhelmed system may not be the strategy you think it is.
The goal isn’t to work harder against your body.
It’s to understand what your body needs so you can build a strategy that actually supports it.
And sometimes?
That starts outside the gym.
