There’s a kind of morning that never happens at home. ☕️

Coffeehouse jazz playing low. The smell of fresh espresso in the air - warm, dark, a little sweet. Espresso aromatherapy worked into every slow stroke of your massage, until you can’t tell where the café ends and the calm begins.

This is The Coffeehouse Ritual: an hour that tastes like your favorite slow morning and feels like one long exhale.

Your table is ready. 🤍

Ancient ritual, modern glow. 🖤

This Ayurvedic oil exfoliating scrub is the heart of my Foot & Hand Renew - warm oils and fine grains melting together to buff away dryness and roughness, leaving your hands and feet silky, nourished, and renewed. It’s skincare the way it was meant to be: simple, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Your hands and feet carry you through everything.
Time to return the favor.

☕ New on the table.

Smell of Espresso — my newest aromatherapy. Rich, warm, roasted coffee. It makes a massage feel like the best part of your morning.

Ask for it at your next session.

Chain spa "60 minutes" vs Synergy Spa & Wellness 60 minutes ⏱️

At a chain, your 60-minute massage is really 45. They have to stop early to flip the table and stay on time for the next client.

With me, you get the full 60. I build a buffer between every session so you're never rushed, never cut short — just unhurried, personalized care.

Luxury is time. And you deserve all of it. 🤍

🎃 This fall, we’re adding a little seasonal magic to your massage. 🍂✨

We’re incorporating Young Living’s Warm Pumpkin Spice essential oil into your session as part of our aromatherapy offering — warm notes of cinnamon, clove, and pumpkin designed to calm the mind while we work out the tension in your body.

It’s not just a massage. It’s a full sensory reset. 🕯️

📅 Ask about adding Warm Pumpkin Spice aromatherapy to your next appointment.

👻 There’s a shadow creeping across the wall... and it’s not a ghost, it’s relief. 🕸️

That hand and forearm working its magic isn’t casting a spell — it’s releasing the tension you’ve been gripping onto all month. Typing, scrolling, driving, lifting... your hands carry more stress than you realize.

This Halloween, let the only thing “haunting” you be how good you feel afterward. 🦇🎃

Because tight forearms are scarier than anything in a costume shop.

📅 Book your hand & forearm massage before the spooky season books up.

✋ Your hands work harder than almost any other part of your body — and they rarely get the recovery they deserve.

Hand & forearm massage isn’t just relaxing, it’s functional:
🔹 Releases tension from typing, scrolling, and repetitive gripping
🔹 Improves circulation to reduce stiffness and swelling
🔹 Loosens the fascia connecting your forearm muscles to your fingers
🔹 Can ease symptoms of carpal tunnel and tech neck’s overlooked cousin — “text claw”

If you spend your day at a keyboard, behind a wheel, or lifting/gripping for work, your forearms are holding onto stress you don’t even notice until it’s released.

Book a session and give your hands the reset they’ve been asking for. 💆‍♀️

Your forearms do more work than you realize. 💪

Every time you type, scroll, grip a steering wheel, or carry groceries, you’re firing up your flexor digitorum superficialis and flexor carpi radialis/ulnaris (the muscles that curl your fingers and wrist) along with the extensor digitorum and extensor carpi radialis on top of the forearm (the ones that straighten your fingers and lift your wrist back).

Repetitive motion — especially from desk work, phones, or workouts — causes these muscles to tighten and develop trigger points that can refer pain all the way up into the elbow (hello, “tennis elbow” and “golfer’s elbow”) or down into the wrist and hand, mimicking carpal tunnel symptoms.

A focused forearm massage works to:
✔️ Release tension along the flexor and extensor muscle groups
✔️ Break up adhesions between muscle fibers
✔️ Improve blood flow and range of motion at the wrist
✔️ Relieve pressure on the median and radial nerves that run through this area

If your hands feel tired, achy, or stiff by the end of the day, your forearms are probably asking for some attention. 🙌

Book your session — your hands (and your forearms) will thank you.
