Peaceful, Plant-Based Skin Care I needed something more effective and much gentler than the harsh chemicals and antibiotics my dermatologist was recommending.

My name is Tracy Land and I started making my own skin care products as a way to relieve the symptoms of frustrating Rosacea symptoms and adult acne problems. In 2008, I started Frangipani as a way of offering safer skin care products to people who wanted a better product for their skin. All Frangipani products are plant-based and certified cruelty-free. Ingredients include steam distilled essential oils, cold pressed carrier oils, certified organic ingredients when available and economical, and are otherwise sourced from native regions. Frangipani has blossomed into a brand sold at respected natural food stores all around Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Missouri.

Hi! It's been a little while so I thought I would introduce myself today (I am pretty introverted and would rather tell you about Frangipani, to be honest.)! My name is Tracy Land and I am the owner and maker of Frangipani Body Products. I live in Indianapolis with my cat, Sophie, and all of our waterfowl neighbors. ❤️

I started making my own skin care products many years ago as a way to relieve my own frustrating symptoms of Rosacea and adult acne. I have had sensitive skin my whole life and it just made sense to come up with my own products so I knew what might be irritating my skin or causing my breakouts.

I have always loved skin care and body products. When I was a teenager, my family knew that Sunday evenings were official “Spa Nights”. I took a bath, put a mask on my face, painted my nails, and generally pampered myself on a weekly basis. I grew up, worked in the IT world for many years and, when I was laid off my job, decided to turn my love of skin care products into a business.

In 2009, I officially started Frangipani as a way of offering safer skin care products to people who wanted a better product for their skin. All Frangipani products are plant-based and certified cruelty-free. Ingredients include steam distilled essential oils, cold pressed carrier oils, certified organic ingredients when available and economical, and are otherwise sourced from native regions.
