The power of good hair ✨
Our girl graduated from machine wefts to our wavy ultra fine flexible wefts. Her words “wow I can’t feel them, they lay so much flatter, I’m obsessed”. If I had more time I’d love to do mic’d up before and after videos just so you all could hear the reactions that tickle me to my core. For now here’s a photo to document how gorgeous our girls new hair is 🥰

AI doesn’t have hands: it can’t touch and feel to ask more in depth questions. Let’s face it, it’ll never be able to physically do the work.
Every head of hair is different: Porosity, past box dye, underlying pigment, how your hair lifts. As a stylist we read that in person, in real time. One wrong call and the tone is wrong or breakage.
Color is a judgment call: A photo on Pinterest never looks the same on your skin tone, the lighting, your base color. Knowing what will actually suit you takes an eye, not an algorithm.
Extensions need a custom fit: Placement, density, color blending, and making it undetectable depends on your natural hair and how you wear it.

Season change is upon us 🍂 But… I’ll always craft a look that suits YOU best, no matter the season.
Some think to go darker during the cooler months which I find really interesting, because cooler months are when we lose our color. That’s why my favorite thing to do is add WARMTH 🌞 Yes, I said it WARMTH. As a colorist, what truly brings out the best version of you is finding what you’re missing and enhancing from there. It’s an art. It’s seeing something there when it isn’t yet. That’s the part of working behind the chair that really ignites the fire in me creating something that suits YOU, no matter the trend 🥰

Our queen came in with a bob moments before these luscious locks 😍 Cut back in March by John Mok | Walnut Creek Hairstylist, that shorter look let her have fun through the hotter months and squeeze every last bit out of her previous extensions. Now, heading into the cooler holiday season, she was ready to go long again!
One of my favorite tricks is transitioning the look right alongside the transition of the extensions lifespan evolving the style as the hair does.

First Trimester Dump 😌 You’ll be one I’ll never forget… I knew the moment I found out I was pregnant, exactly what you would be 🥹 We traveled, witnessed friends biggest life moments and lived on the couch majority of my down time with kitty snuggles 🥴 We have a guardian angel that knew you were exactly what we needed, that’ll forever be looking over us 🪽🤠🐈
