I attended the Pamper Me Mother’s Day Brunch hosted by and keynote and whew… the message sat with me long after I left.

“Mind Your Business.”

At first, it sounded simple. But the more I sat with it, the more I realized it wasn’t about being dismissive or disconnected from others… it was about returning to yourself.

Mind your healing. Mind your peace. Mind your purpose. Mind what God entrusted to YOU.

As mothers, women, nurturers, leaders… we spend so much time tending to everyone else’s needs that we can slowly abandon our own. We carry opinions, expectations, pressure, comparison, and responsibilities that were never meant to define us.
But this message? It felt handcrafted for me.

A reminder that tending to my own life isn’t selfish. Protecting my capacity isn’t selfish. Building what’s assigned to me without constantly looking left or right isn’t selfish.

It’s necessary.
