Know your equipment! You would not inquire about a part or service for your car without know the make and model, right? Same for your spa/salon equipment! Lots of beds may SEEM to be alike but just like cars there can still be variations within a model/line. Be sure you are in front of the spa/salon unit when you call. OR have GOOD pics of: the full unit, exposure label (must be readable), the Manufacturer label (most often on the rear of the unit) & the facial system. This will more likely ensure a resolution to the issue than a call back to your technician/electrician/maintenance support team.
