The first 24 hours after lip work, keep it simple:

❌ Skip the sweaty workout
❌ Stay out of direct sun
✅ Ice gently, not aggressively
✅ Hydrate and sleep slightly elevated

A little swelling is normal and it settles. Don't judge the result until it does.

"Can I do laser in summer?" The honest answer is: sometimes. 🤍

It depends on which laser, how much sun you're actually getting, your skin type, and what you're trying to fix. A beach week coming up changes the plan. So does your ability to stay diligent with SPF afterward.

Here's what we look at before saying yes:
· Which device actually suits your skin
· Your real sun exposure, not your intended sun exposure
· What you want to treat, and whether summer is the moment for it

And if the answer is "let's wait until fall", we'll say that. Timing is part of the result, not a delay tactic.
