May is such a busy month for us 🥰 Wishing our beautiful daughter a very Happy 24th Birthday!🥳🩷 We truly grew up together in so many ways. She’s not only my daughter, but also my best friend. She’s someone who has been by my side through every stage of motherhood. She has inspired and motivated me to grow so much myself so I could help guide and support her along the way too. She is so sweet, smart, funny, creative, and such an amazing big sister to her brothers.💙We’re so proud of the young woman she’s become and so excited to continue watching her grow into the beautiful person God created her to be! 💗

I’m not crying… 🥹 We officially have a teenager in the house. My heart is full of so many emotions. Wasn’t I just holding him in my arms at the hospital yesterday?

Watching him grow into such an amazing young man has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I’m so proud of the person he is becoming and I can’t wait to see all that God has planned for him. No matter how big he gets, he’ll always be my baby. 💙

Five years ago, my friend Claudine and I started this from a very special place in our hearts. We had a dear friend battling cancer who loved the nourishing food Claudine made and truly cherished my natural products and how they made her feel.🩷

She was such a beautiful soul, and we wanted to bring people together to support her and her family. Even after she passed, that first gathering left such an impact we knew we wanted to continue it.💫

☀️ Happy Skin Tip # 8: Sunshine Rituals

We have been told to fear the sun for so long that most of us have forgotten something important. Your body was designed to receive sunlight. It is not your enemy.

Morning sunlight is one of the most powerful free tools you have for your skin and your health. Here is what it actually does:

☀️ It sets your body’s internal clock. When that clock is running smoothly your skin knows exactly when to repair and regenerate overnight. Sunshine and sleep are best friends when it comes to your glow.

☀️ It tells your body to make vitamin D. Your natural shield against inflammation. When you are not getting enough your skin starts looking dull, takes longer to heal, and becomes more sensitive.

☀️ It boosts serotonin. The hormone that makes you feel happy and calm. And when you feel good your stress hormone cortisol goes down. Remember Tip 4? Cortisol is one of the biggest troublemakers for your skin. So sunshine is literally healing your skin from the inside out.

Here is what I do every morning. I step outside for just 10 minutes. No sunglasses. I let the light hit my face and my arms. I breathe. I let my body receive it.

A conscious joyful relationship with the sun is part of your skin’s wellness. You do not need to avoid it. You just need to be intentional with it. ☀️🌿

Your challenge this week: get outside within the first hour of waking up. Even 10 minutes. No phone, no rush. Just you and the morning light. Do it for seven days and watch what happens to your energy, your mood, and your skin. ✨
