Viva Skin Lounge Leadership Team Brought to you by Amber Cook 🤍

A little backstory on how Viva’s leadership team somehow all trace back to one person: Amber.

Amber and Sam have been best friends for over 15 years, growing up playing softball together. Amber was Sam’s maid of honor, and soon Sam will get to stand beside Amber as hers.

But Amber was also one of Lindsay’s very first tox patients. She was the one who originally told Sam about Lindsay while Sam was still in nursing school. Sam started seeing Lindsay as a patient too and eventually told her, “I’m going to work for you one day.”

Fast forward a few years… she did. Sam started as an injector seeing just a few patients a week and has grown into our Penn Avenue mentor. Most recently, she stepped into the role of Director of Brand Growth, where she now helps lead so much of the strategy, growth, and behind-the-scenes flow that keeps Viva moving forward.

Then came Dom. Dom and Amber worked together at Bigham Tavern, and when Sam asked Amber if she knew someone who would be a great fit for a position at Viva, Dom was her immediate recommendation. She started as Lindsay’s personal assistant and has since grown into Viva’s Chief of Staff, helping manage so much of what happens behind the scenes.

And then there’s Willow. Years before Viva, Willow and Amber worked together in sales, instantly clicked, and became close friends through that job. Now, Willow serves as Viva’s Director of Operations, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting our teams and locations, and making sure the systems behind Viva continue to grow right alongside us. She’ll also be standing beside Amber on her wedding day.

One person. Three completely different connections. And somehow, they all led back to Viva.

It’s a pretty perfect example of how intentionally this team has grown. So many of the people who make Viva what it is today came into the picture through genuine relationships, trust, and someone saying, “I know the perfect person.”

As Viva continues to grow, that feeling of family is something we never want to lose.

So really…thanks, Amber. We owe you one. 🤍
