As a business owner…we REACH OUR BREAKING POINT.
I love and treat everyone the same. But I have a problem when you come into my place of business and it’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM.
This actually happened early today and I was recording (covered her voice and softened it for legal reasons) but she always comes in and is never satisfied! And filed a dispute on Saturday for a $1400+ refund and then made an appointment that same Saturday thinking weren’t going to notice today! 🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️
We brought this to her attention and she said well I’ve been coming her for 8 months and you are not giving me what I want 🙄
I as an owner snapped and I know that wasn’t the way. But this lady ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM. AND SHE BOOKS UNDERNEATH NAMES, EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS I CANT EVEN FATHOM TO GET BOOKED IN.
I had to record her for I was tired of her playing in our face 🤦🏿♀️
