Please arrive on time so we can maximize your scheduled service time.

COME AS YOU ARE
If you have braids, extensions, heavy product, or anything that needs to be addressed before your service, please provide those details when booking. Additional detangling or preparation fees may apply.

BRING YOUR INSPIRATION
Have a specific look in mind? Bring photos or ideas so we can make sure we're on the same page.

SHARE ALLERGIES OR SCALP CONCERNS
Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp concerns before your appointment.

AVOID HEAVY PRODUCTS & OILS
Please avoid heavy products or oils before your visit when possible.

SHAMPOO & BLOW-DRY
Shampoo and blow-dry are included with applicable hair services. Washing your hair beforehand will **not change the service price.**
