Small Town Roots Salon & Spa

Starting this week I will have 2 interns come periodically during the summer. While doing my client I will be showing and sharing with them my skills and techniques. Both girls are eager to learn and wanting to sharpen their own skills. I look forward to an amazing summer with them.

Box color doesn’t give the gray coverage that professional color does. So it was time for a change. We decided on a medium brown base because that was one of the colors she had in her hair already. Then we added some highlights for dimension. Then for the cut we took off some length and layered her up. Finished her off with a round brush blow dry style.

Gradually going lighter and shorter.

Thank you all for checking in on me the last few days. I am back to work today and doing much better. I went to the ER yesterday. They thought it might be a kidney stone but it was not. Thankful that it wasn’t .

I will also be closed today 5/28/26. I am still not feeling well.

I am sorry but I am not feeling well today. So I will not be in today. I will be back in tomorrow.

Please know this is not something that I do very often.
