Big shoutout to ABC Supply today! ❤️
Today was my favorite kind of day!
ABC Supply graciously invited us to be part of their employee wellness fair, so V, Anthony and I packed up and headed over to spend the day providing chair massages and salt therapy sessions to their employees!
And THIS is what lights us up at The Red Thread.
Getting out into the community, connecting with people, sharing the benefits of salt therapy and massage, and making wellness more accessible.

Tomorrow morning is Wellness Wednesday!
6 AM might sound early, but there's something really special about starting your day with movement, fresh air, good conversation, and community.
We meet at The Red Thread at 6 AM and walk about 1.75 miles in 30 minutes.

Another morning, and another Wellness Wednesday Walk!
We’ve had a lot of people asking questions when they see us out walking, so here’s everything you need to know:
What: Wellness Wednesday — a FREE community gathering to walk, move our bodies, and connect.
When: Wednesdays at 6 AM
We walk about 1.75 miles, which takes us around 30 minutes.
Where: The Red Thread (formerly Beyond Salt Spa)
4433 Woodgate Drive, Janesville
No registration required! Just show up a few minutes early because we leave right at 6 AM.
Walks are weather permitting, so keep an eye on our page the night before for any updates.
Come as you are. Walk with us. Start your Wednesday with a little movement and connection.
