If you’ve visited Dailey Wellness & Massage over the better part of the last year, there’s a pretty good chance you already know Aaron.

He’s been the amazingly friendly face at our front desk, welcoming our guests, answering questions, solving problems, keeping things moving, and playing a huge role in leading and building our Guest Services experience. 💚

But what many of you may not know is that while Aaron has been taking such great care of all of YOU, he has also been working incredibly hard toward something pretty exciting of his own.

And now it’s time to celebrate. 🥹👏

🎓 Aaron has officially completed massage therapy school AND taken his MBLEx licensing exam!

His Indiana license application has been submitted, and while he waits for those final pieces to fall into place, he’s continuing his education and completing his Sarga Bodywork certification.

And with this incredible accomplishment comes a pretty exciting transition…

🌿 Aaron will soon be stepping away from Guest Services and into his new role as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Dailey Wellness & Massage! 🌿

There is something really special about watching someone grow within our company, discover where they want their career to take them, put in the work, and then have the opportunity to take that next step right here with us.

Aaron, we are incredibly proud of you.

You have made such an impact on our guests and our team through Guest Services, and we cannot wait for everyone to experience the same warmth, care, personality, and attention you’ve brought to the front desk — now in the treatment room.

This isn’t goodbye to Aaron at the front desk. It’s hello to the next version of Aaron at DWM. 💚

And, of course, Aaron’s next chapter means another chapter is about to begin for us, too…

As he transitions into his new career as an LMT, we’ll soon be searching for the next incredibly talented person to help lead and continue building the Guest Services experience Aaron has helped create. 👀
