Hey beautiful! 💕 If you’re considering a Liquid BBL, I know you probably have QUESTIONS — and I actually WANT you to ask them.

This is your BODY. You deserve to know exactly what you’re receiving, what is being placed into your body, what you can realistically expect, what healing looks like, and what risks come with treatment.

I never want you booking simply because you saw a beautiful before-and-after picture.

I want you to be EDUCATED, comfortable, prepared and confident in your decision.

🍑 WHAT EXACTLY IS A LIQUID BBL?

A Liquid BBL is a non-surgical body-contouring treatment using injectable filler to enhance and balance the shape of the buttocks and surrounding contours.

In my practice, I use hyaluronic-acid (HA) body filler.

Unlike a surgical BBL, there is no liposuction and no surgical transfer of your own fat.

Instead, HA filler is strategically placed based on your anatomy and desired outcome to help improve areas such as:

✨ Hip dips
✨ Projection
✨ Roundness
✨ Upper-pole fullness
✨ Lower-buttock fullness
✨ Lost volume
✨ Asymmetry
✨ Overall shape and balance

I’m not trying to put the SAME b***y on every woman who walks through my door.

💉 WHAT TYPE OF FILLER DO YOU USE?

For my Liquid BBL treatments, I use hyaluronic-acid body filler, including HYAcorp MLF2.

I specifically prefer HA because it gives me immediate volume and allows me to strategically sculpt and contour according to your individual anatomy.

Another important characteristic of HA filler is that it can be broken down with hyaluronidase when medically appropriate.

I keep hyaluronidase available as part of my complication-management supplies.

You are ALWAYS welcome to ask me exactly which product I’m using.

Actually, I encourage it.

You should know what’s being placed into your body.

🚫 DO YOU USE SILICONE OR PERMANENT “BUTT SHOTS”?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I do NOT inject silicone for body enhancement.

When you’re receiving a Liquid BBL from me, you’re receiving HA body filler — not silicone, biopolymer, hydrogel or an unknown permanent injectable.

Injectable silicone used for body contouring can be associated with serious complications, including migration, chronic inflammation, granulomas, infection, tissue injury and potentially life-threatening complications.

And unlike HA filler, silicone cannot simply be dissolved using hyaluronidase.

PLEASE understand that “butt shots” is not the name of a product.

If someone tells you they’re giving you butt shots, ASK:

What exactly are you injecting?

Ask for the product name.

Ask what it’s made from.

Ask who manufactures it.

Ask to see the packaging.

Ask whether it’s permanent.

Your provider should be able to tell you exactly what is being placed into your body.

🚫 DO YOU USE SCULPTRA?

No. I personally refuse to use Sculptra for my Liquid BBL treatments.

Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and works differently from HA filler. It primarily stimulates your body’s own collagen production over time rather than providing the same type of immediate HA gel volume.

Sculptra is an established product that can be appropriate in properly selected patients when administered by qualified medical professionals.

It’s simply not the product I choose for MY Liquid BBL technique.

One of my biggest reasons is reversibility and control.

HA filler can be broken down with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate.

Sculptra does not have an equivalent enzyme that allows it to simply be dissolved.

Once Sculptra stimulates collagen production, you cannot just inject an enzyme and immediately reverse that collagen response.

Sculptra can also require multiple sessions because results develop gradually, and recognized potential complications include nodules and granulomas in addition to other injection-related risks.

That does NOT mean I’m saying Sculptra is automatically unsafe or a “bad” product.

I’m saying I personally choose not to use it for my Liquid BBL clients.

I prefer working with HA.

🚫 DO YOU USE RADIESSE?

No.

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite-based injectable and works differently from HA filler.

Like Sculptra, it does not have the same straightforward hyaluronidase reversibility as HA.

For MY body-contouring practice, I have intentionally chosen to work with HA body filler.

No silicone.
No permanent butt injections.
No Sculptra.
No Radiesse.

HA body filler is what I use for my Liquid BBL treatments. 🍑💕

💕 WHY DO YOU PREFER HA BODY FILLER?

For my technique, HA gives me several characteristics I personally want:

✨ Immediate visible volume
✨ Strategic contouring
✨ Customized placement
✨ Soft, natural-looking enhancement when appropriately placed
✨ A non-permanent product
✨ Ability to build results gradually
✨ Hyaluronidase as an option to break down HA when clinically appropriate

But PLEASE understand:

DISSOLVABLE DOES NOT MEAN RISK-FREE.

Every injectable procedure carries risks.

The ability to dissolve HA gives us an additional management option. It does not guarantee that every complication can simply be reversed.

🍑 CAN YOU COMPLETELY REMOVE MY HIP DIPS?

Hip dips are part of your underlying anatomy.

Filler can often soften and camouflage their appearance, but I’m never going to promise every hip dip will completely disappear after one treatment.

Some ladies get beautiful correction with one round.

Some need TWO.

Some need additional staged correction depending on how deep their hip dips are and how they’re naturally built.

And YES — women who have already had surgical BBLs can still have hip dips.

I’ve personally had surgical BBLs and still used filler to address my own hip dips because of my anatomy.

So trust me, I understand. 😂💕

Sometimes hip dips are simply stubborn.

If yours start becoming more noticeable as everything settles, don’t immediately get discouraged.

Sometimes we aren’t dealing with a failed treatment.

We simply have a little more work to do.

👀 WILL MY RESULT LOOK NATURAL?

Natural is ALWAYS the goal.

Sculpted. Balanced. Soft. Proportionate.

But everybody’s definition of natural is different.

One client says:

“I don’t want anybody to know I did anything.”

Another says:

“I want them to KNOW… just don’t make me look crazy.” 😂🍑

That’s why I need to understand YOUR goal before treatment.

🍑 WILL I HAVE A HUGE B***Y AFTER ONE SESSION?

That depends heavily on where you’re STARTING.

And this is something I constantly remind my clients:

REMEMBER WHERE WE STARTED.

If you start with very little natural projection, your first treatment can create a beautiful improvement without suddenly giving you an exaggerated surgical-BBL appearance.

Your result is being created on YOUR:

• Bone structure
• Existing tissue
• Skin quality
• Starting projection
• Hip structure
• Existing volume

Please don’t compare your 350cc result to somebody who naturally started with twice your volume.

Compare YOU to YOU.

📏 CAN I JUST GET 600CC BECAUSE I WANT TO BE BIG?

Not automatically.

Package size doesn’t override anatomy.

If I don’t believe a certain amount is appropriate for your tissues or treatment goals, I’m going to tell you.

Sometimes gradually building your result makes much more sense than trying to accomplish everything during one appointment.

More isn’t always better. Better is better. 💕

🔁 WILL I NEED MORE THAN ONE SESSION?

You might.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Some clients achieve exactly what they want from one session.

Others intentionally build their results.

Clients with:

• Deep hip dips
• Significant volume loss
• Very little starting projection
• Loose skin
• Significant asymmetry
• Larger transformation goals

may require more than one treatment.

Needing another session does NOT automatically mean your first treatment didn’t work.

Sometimes your desired result simply requires more correction than should reasonably be attempted in one sitting.

🍑 CAN I HAVE A TOUCH-UP?

When appropriate, yes.

I generally want your initial treatment to have adequate time to settle before deciding what needs additional correction 3-5 weeks.

That way we’re assessing your actual settled result instead of chasing temporary swelling or early asymmetry.

🍑 I ALREADY HAD A SURGICAL BBL. CAN I STILL GET FILLER?

Potentially, yes.

Many of my clients have previously had surgical BBLs and want additional:

✨ Hip-dip correction
✨ Projection
✨ Roundness
✨ Symmetry
✨ Restored volume
✨ Shaping

Previous surgery can change your anatomy and create scar tissue, so you MUST disclose your surgical history.

I need to know about previous:

• BBLs
• Liposuction
• Tummy tucks
• Implants
• Fillers
• Butt injections
• Complications

Depending on your history and healing, additional medical clearance may be appropriate.

🍑 WHAT IF I LOST MY SURGICAL BBL?

Bodies change!

Weight fluctuations, aging, body composition and other factors can change how your surgical result looks over time.

If you feel you’ve lost volume, send me pictures.

Let me actually assess what’s happening before I recommend anything.

💕 DOES A LIQUID BBL HURT?

This is probably one of my MOST asked questions. 😂💕

And honestly, most of my clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the treatment actually is.

YES — I NUMB YOU.

Comfort is a HUGE priority during your appointment.

I use lidocaine/local anesthetic as part of my numbing process before beginning filler placement, which helps significantly reduce discomfort during treatment.

Most of my clients describe their overall discomfort around a 3/10 on the pain scale.

You may still feel:

✨ Pressure
✨ Tugging or movement
✨ Brief pinches
✨ Fullness as product is placed
✨ A little more sensitivity in certain areas

But for most of my clients, it’s MUCH more manageable than they imagined.

Everybody’s pain tolerance is different, so I’m never going to promise that every person will experience exactly a 3/10.

One woman’s 2 can be another woman’s 5.

And that’s okay!

I also don’t believe in making you “tough it out.” 😂

If you’re uncomfortable, TELL ME.

We communicate throughout your treatment and make appropriate adjustments when possible.

A lot of my clients finish and literally say:

“Wait… that’s it?! I thought this was going to hurt WAY more!” 😂🍑💕

So if PAIN is the biggest thing making you nervous, please don’t automatically let social-media horror stories scare you.

You’re numbed.

You’re awake.

We’re communicating throughout the process.

And most of my clients personally describe their experience around a 3/10.

💉 DO YOU USE A NEEDLE OR CANNULA?

Much of my filler placement is performed using a blunt cannula, with needles potentially used for certain entry, anesthetic or preparation steps.

The exact technique depends on your anatomy and treatment plan.

The cannula allows me to work through strategically selected entry points while distributing and shaping product.

Plan for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours from start to finish.

Your appointment isn’t just “inject and go.”

We’re doing your:

👀 DO I SEE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY?

YES — you can generally see an immediate difference in volume and contour.

But please remember:

IMMEDIATE DOES NOT MEAN FINAL.

You may have swelling, tenderness, firmness and temporary unevenness during the early healing period.

Please don’t go home, stare in the mirror for six hours and start measuring each cheek. 😂😂💕

I generally want you to allow approximately 3–5 weeks for the area to settle before making major judgments about your result.

Healing isn’t perfectly linear.

Some days you may look fuller.

Some days swelling decreases.

One side may temporarily look slightly different.

Give your body time before deciding something is wrong.

🧬 HOW LONG DOES A LIQUID BBL LAST?

HA body filler is not permanent. It last up to 2 years maximum.

I generally discuss maintenance based on how YOUR result changes over time rather than pretending everyone’s body follows the exact same timeline.

🔄 CAN THE FILLER BE DISSOLVED?

Because I use HA filler, hyaluronidase can be used to break down hyaluronic acid when medically appropriate.

This is one of the reasons I prefer HA.

But again:

DISSOLVABLE DOES NOT MEAN RISK-FREE.

Hyaluronidase is a medical treatment — not a magic eraser for every possible complication.

If there’s ever a concern, I need to properly assess what’s happening first.

🩷 WHAT IF I FEEL A LUMP OR FIRMNESS?

Some temporary firmness, swelling or unevenness can occur while your tissue is healing.

And PLEASE don’t grab a massage tool and start beating your b***y up because somebody on TikTok told you to. 😭😂

🛌 HOW MUCH DOWNTIME IS THERE?

This is NOT the same recovery as surgery.

Many clients return to normal light activities relatively quickly 1-2 days, but you have still received an injectable treatment.

Temporary:

✨ Tenderness

✨ Bruising
✨ Firmness

can occur.

So when I say the downtime is minimal, that doesn’t mean your body hasn’t undergone a procedure.

Give yourself time to heal.

✈️ CAN I FLY AFTER MY LIQUID BBL?

I have clients who travel for treatment on a regular basis! Wearing faja and use of bbl pillow is mandatory first 10-14 days.

Plan enough time to follow your aftercare, stay hydrated and baby your new b***y.

🚗 CAN I DRIVE HOME?

Absolutely! 90% of clients are able to leave without the assistance typically required after surgery.

However, whether YOU should drive depends on how you’re feeling - I do recommend no more than 6hrs travel home on day one.

If you don’t feel completely comfortable to drive, DON’T. But I assure you that driving is safe as there is no anesthesia for this treatment. You won’t be sleepy or impaired.

💆🏽‍♀️ WHEN DO I START MASSAGING?

Do NOT aggressively massage fresh filler immediately after treatment. Wait 72hours prior to massaging the area.

Follow the instructions I give YOU.

When massage is appropriate, I’ll explain:

🪵 CAN I DO WOOD THERAPY?

When appropriate, wood therapy may be incorporated after the initial healing period according to the aftercare instructions I provide.

Timing matters.

Do not aggressively manipulate freshly treated tissue without guidance.

👙 DO I NEED A FAJA?

I always recommend compression for a specific period.

You will be using it the first 10-14 days of your healing period.

Tighter does NOT automatically mean better.

🍑 DO I NEED A BBL PILLOW?

I always recommend minimizing prolonged direct pressure on certain treated areas during your initial healing period.

You need a BBL pillow and you use it for the first 10 days after treatment.

Your aftercare instructions will explain exactly what I want YOU doing.

🏋🏽‍♀️ WHEN CAN I WORK OUT AGAIN?

I generally recommend temporarily limiting strenuous exercise during your initial healing period for 14 days.

That includes activities such as:

• Heavy lower-body workouts
• Running
• High-impact exercise
• Heavy lifting
• Heated yoga

When in doubt, ask me before jumping back into your routine.

🥺 WHY DO MY HIP DIPS LOOK LIKE THEY CAME BACK?

First:

DON’T PANIC.

Early swelling can make your initial result look fuller. As that swelling resolves and everything settles, your true contour becomes easier to evaluate.

And this is when I need you to:

REMEMBER WHERE WE STARTED. 💕

If you originally had significant hip dips or very little tissue in that area, your result may naturally be softer than someone who started with fuller hips.

Hip dips can be one of the more challenging areas to correct because of the anatomy underneath.

Some ladies require two rounds.

Even women who have had surgical BBLs can still require additional hip-dip correction.

Again — I personally have had surgical BBLs and used filler for my own hip dips because of MY anatomy.

So please don’t get discouraged.

😩 WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL BIG ENOUGH AFTERWARD?

If you started with very little projection, your first session may give you a beautiful, natural improvement without creating an exaggerated result.

💕 WHAT IF I HAVE LOOSE SKIN?

Skin laxity matters.

Adding volume can improve contour, but filler does not surgically remove or tighten excess skin.

Someone with looser skin may require a different treatment approach or more volume to achieve the same visual fullness as someone with very firm tissue.

And there are limits to what filler alone can accomplish.

That’s why I need your pictures BEFORE recommending a package.

Your body surrounding the filler can change.

Significant weight loss or gain can alter your overall proportions, surrounding tissue and how your result appears.
