I created Lava Fit in 2010 on the beautiful island of Oahu. It included women of all ages and fitness levels, interested in surrounding themselves with other positive and active ladies. Lava Fit continues to post photos, quotes, recipes... promoting a healthy, fit, fun, balanced and contagious lifestyle.
