Ether and Earth

Something NEW is coming to the massage table for October + November…

🍁Autumn Alchemy Aromatherapy Massage🍁

I wanted to create something that actually feels like this time of year. Warm… Grounding... A little indulgent. That natural pull to slow down, gather inward and reconnect with yourself as the days get cooler.

Autumn Alchemy is more than a seasonal scent. It’s a seasonal ritual.

The aroma is created entirely from essential oils and botanical extracts… no synthetic fragrance or artificial “fall” scent. Coffee, vanilla, citrus, warming spices, resins and earthy botanicals come together into this incredibly rich, comforting aroma.

But I chose this blend for more than how good it smells.

Autumn has always carried the energy of harvest, abundance, transformation and release. It’s the point in the cycle where we gather what we’ve grown, let go of what has run its course and begin turning our energy inward.

The botanicals in Autumn Alchemy mirror that beautifully… warming spices bring fire and movement, citrus brings brightness and possibility, while coffee, resins and deeper earthy notes bring us back down into the body and the present moment.

Your massage is still completely customized to what your body needs that day, but the aroma and intention are woven throughout the experience to create something that feels distinctly autumnal… grounding, warming, abundant and restorative.

And the ritual comes home with you!

🍁Every Autumn Alchemy session includes a handcrafted 10 mL Autumn Alchemy Ritual Oil made with jojoba and the same botanical aroma, so you can use it on your pulse points and reconnect with the intention of your session at home

Two new sprays have officially joined the Ether & Earth shelf🌿

SACRED REROUTE was created for those moments when you realize you keep ending up in the same pattern… and you’re ready to choose differently.

ECHO is about releasing what has already passed but somehow still feels like it’s hanging around.

Both are smokeless smudge sprays, handmade in small batches and Reiki attuned by me. I use sprays like these when I want the energetic reset of smoke cleansing without having actually burning anything … in a room, around myself, before energy work, or whenever the space just feels like it needs a shift.

And they smell REALLY good, which certainly doesn’t hurt!

Available at Ether & Earth 💚 Grab one at your next appointment!

I’m just saying, the evidence is compelling…

Anyone care to challenge my research? 😉

I’ve had quite a few women come in lately who have never experienced energy work before.

Usually they’re curious. Open minded. Maybe not entirely sure what they believe about it yet.

And I actually love that.

Because one of the first things I tell someone is that I can’t tell them exactly what their session is going to be like. I don’t know either.

Sometimes I start working and get incredibly vivid imagery that I have to decipher as the session unfolds. Sometimes a loved one who has passed steps in. Sometimes I hear a message very clearly.

And then there are sessions where none of that happens.

I just get the sense that they have been walking around collecting from everyone.

Other people’s emotions. Other people’s stress. The energy of the places they’ve been. For people who are naturally very open or empathic, it can start to feel like there’s a whole lot in their field that doesn’t belong to them.

Those sessions are often much quieter. I clear. I ground. I follow what I’m noticing and let the session unfold from there.

There doesn’t have to be some huge mystical moment for energy work to feel profound.

And I think that’s what surprises first-timers the most.

They don’t always have words for what happened.

They just know they feel really, really good afterward. 💚

I have a couple of openings available this week if you’ve been meaning to take some time for yourself 🤍
