Ground & Green Yoga

2025 was the year of embracing the beauty and power of the mother figure and matured woman. Some circles have gotten smaller - some have gotten bigger. My yoga practice has expanded spiritually and mentally while also slowing physically becoming pregnant for the second time. My understanding of self and who I am is stronger than it's ever been.

I am grateful for the ebb and flow of life, the stages, the denial of transition and then of course the acceptance of it. Working on the full embrace. 🫂

Having a clear conscience and firm decision in my actions is the greatest gift I have leaned into this year.

Accepting the beauty of a maternal woman is the greatest understanding I have received this year.

Reflection allows space for intentionality. I accept 2025 and look forward to 2026.
