The more I learn, the less I think growth is about having all the answers.

I think it's about developing discernment.

Learning to pause before reacting.

Learning to ask better questions.

Learning to tell the difference between what is yours to carry and what isn't.

Between a fire that needs understanding and a fire that requires action.

Between control and influence.

Between fear and wisdom.

Lately I've realized that so much of my suffering comes from trying to manage outcomes that were never fully mine to control.

Discernment is helping me let go of that.

What is one situation in your life right now that requires discernment rather than a quick decision? 🌿🔥

For years I thought I was just "too emotional."

I cry at beautiful singing, reunions, random acts of kindness, heartfelt conversations, and apparently uncles hugging nephews they haven't seen in 35 years. 😅

Recently I learned about a concept called K**a Muta — the feeling of being deeply moved by love, connection, belonging, and human closeness.

Maybe I'm not crying because I'm sad.

Maybe I'm crying because I feel connection so deeply that my nervous system doesn't know what else to do with it.

Tell me I'm not alone...

Lately I've been reflecting on the difference between purpose and the vehicle that carries it.

The vehicle may change.
The purpose remains.

If you're feeling pulled toward a new chapter, don't be so quick to assume you're lost.

You may be exactly where you're supposed to be.

And maybe what's ending isn't a failure.

Maybe it's a stepping stone.
