🤍 **October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.** 🤍

Some babies are carried in our hearts instead of our arms. Some dreams are held for only a moment. And some losses change a family forever, even when the world around them keeps moving.

This month, we remember the babies who were gone too soon, the parents who carry their love and grief, and the families learning to navigate a world that looks different than they imagined.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether you shared your story openly or grieved quietly, whether you got to hold your baby or never had that chance. Your baby matters. Your grief matters. Your story matters.

If you have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, please know you don’t have to find the perfect words, be strong for everyone else, or move on according to anyone else’s timeline. You deserve space to grieve, support as you heal, and people who remember alongside you.

My heart is with every parent carrying this kind of love and heartbreak.

May we be gentle with one another, speak our babies’ names when their families wish us to, and never underestimate the comfort of simply showing up. 🤍
