I send out appointment reminders and confirmations as a courtesy to my clients. These are simply meant to help you remember your scheduled time — they don’t replace responsibility for keeping the appointment.

I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up. I’m usually pretty flexible and will let an occasional cancellation slide. However, my time is valuable, and repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee being charged.

I’m so happy to announce that we have been approved for phase 1.5! That means we will be open, but only at 25% capacity. Please bare with me as I work to first schedule those with cancellations that began in the start of the shut down, and go down my list from there. I will be working less hours than normal, Tuesday-Thursday for now.
I look forward to seeing all of your beautiful faces! Well, half of your face - please make sure you wear a mask and cancel your appointment immediately if you’re showing any symptoms.

Good morning friends and clients.

After our state governor’s press conference yesterday, I have decided that until I hear an official start date with our official state board guidelines is when I will reach out to clients in order they were canceled since my last day of work(March 17th)

I do know we are in phase 2 of re-opening, but he didn’t give us a clear date, so this just seems like the best solution for now.

Thank you all for your support at this time and to those who have reached out. This is an extremely difficult time for all of us and your kind words and support does not go unnoticed!
