Lets discuss lip augmentation! Very important to obtain: -Medical history: allergies, autoimmune disorders, cold sores, bleeding disordes, possible current pregnancy, previous experience of any complications with dermal filler
-Current medications, active infection, acne, or cold sore near the treatment area.
- Aesthetic Assessment:
Facial proportions and lip-to-face balance.
-Existing asymmetry.
-Lip anatomy (vermilion border, Cupid’s bow, philtral columns, oral commissures).
-Skin quality, volume loss, and perioral wrinkles.
-Dental support and bite (important in some patients).
-Discuss the client’s goals and determine whether they are realistic.

Aging affects every layer of the face—from the skin to fat, muscle, and bone. The most natural-looking results come from treating the right layer with the right treatment.

During the summer, many people notice that their pores look larger. The pores themselves don’t actually enlarge permanently, but several seasonal factors make them appear more visible.

Injecting botulinum toxin into the depressor septi nasi muscle relaxes downward tension to subtly lift the nasal tip during smiling or speaking. This requires precise delivery at the base of the columella to prevent complications like an altered smile or upper lip dysfunction.

Beautiful lips are often built in stages 💋

Starting with thinner lips, gradual enhancement over time allows for better product integration, more customization, and beautifully natural-looking results. Taking a staged approach can also help reduce the risk of overfilling and lip filler migration by allowing the tissue to properly heal and adapt between treatments.

1 syringe → heal → reassess → refine ✨

Sometimes slower = safer, softer, and more balanced results.

Subtle enhancement. Strategic placement. Natural balance. ✨
Using only 2.2 mL of dermal filler, this treatment focused on lateral cheek support and soft correction of chin shadows to restore facial harmony while respecting the client’s request for a very natural outcome.
Strategic placement helped create improved midface support, softer transitions, enhanced facial balance, and a more refreshed appearance — proving that sometimes less product, placed correctly, creates the most beautiful result. 💉🤍

Some clients return at 6–8 weeks after Botox treatment requesting a “touch-up” or saying their Botox “didn’t work.”

What’s important to understand is that Botox reaches its full effect around 2 weeks after treatment, then typically plateaus for several weeks before gradually wearing off over time.

By 6–8 weeks post-treatment, the product is already moving through part of its natural duration cycle — especially in patients with stronger facial muscles, faster metabolism, high activity levels, or lower starting doses.
This is why true Botox touch-up assessments are ideally performed around 14 days post-treatment, when the final result can be properly evaluated and balanced if needed.

Aesthetic treatments also require maintenance. Botox is not permanent, and longevity varies from person to person depending on anatomy, muscle strength, dosing, lifestyle, and treatment history.
Dose = duration.
Timing matters.
Treatment planning matters.
