Muscle of the Week: Subscapularis
The subscapularis is one of the four rotator cuff muscles and plays an important role in internal rotation and shoulder stability. Though it sits deep on the anterior surface of the scapula, it has a big job in helping control shoulder movement and support the joint.
Students, save this for study. Follow along next week for another muscle spotlight.

Muscle of the Week: Teres Minor
Small but important, the teres minor is one of the four rotator cuff muscles. It helps externally rotate the shoulder and keeps the head of the humerus stable during reaching, lifting, and overhead movement.
Students often confuse it with the infraspinatus and teres major, making its location and function especially important to understand.

The Night Owls did it!
For nearly 10 months, these students showed up after work, gave up their evenings, studied, practiced, asked questions, supported one another, and kept going.
But somewhere along the way, they became more than classmates. They became a close-knit group of future massage therapists who learned together, challenged one another, and grew together.
That's something we value deeply at Synergy. Small classes allow our instructors to know their students, provide hands-on guidance, and help each person build a strong foundation of knowledge, skill, and confidence for the career ahead.
