After years of helping men and women find their confidence in my chair, I had to learn something important…

I have to speak life over myself too.

Before I’m a stylist.
Before I’m an educator.
Before I’m a mother.
Before I serve anyone else.

I am a woman who needs to look in the mirror and say, “You are beautiful. You are capable. You are chosen.”

It’s not vanity. It’s alignment.
It’s not ego. It’s mental health.

So if I can remind my clients who they are, I can remind myself too.
