VON SAUNA
Experience the magic of authentic sauna and natural cold plunge via Washington's first floating sauna
Exactly where we're meant to be.🌿
Sometimes the best reset is simply stepping outside. 🌲
Make time to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the world around you. The more present we are with nature, the more present we can be with ourselves and each other.
On October 1st, we return to the water.
This winter, we’re expanding the ways we gather, move, recover, and reconnect.
Yoga. Sound baths. Guided experiences. Sauna.
More ways to slow down, get outside, and feel alive. See you on the water.

September in the PNW brings a quiet shift.
Summer is still here, but fall is beginning to settle in. The air feels cooler, the mornings feel slower, and the landscape starts to change around us.
A reminder to slow down, get outside, and take it all in.
Access to water is a basic human right.
Von Sauna exists to bring you closer to the water so that you can move, recover, connect, and feel alive.

A morning in the woods or by the river brings you closer to yourself. Get outside, feel the earth under your bare feet, and engage with the nature that surrounds us.

We're growing the Von Sauna crew for our upcoming season starting on October 1st. If you enjoy being on the water and share a love of hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
Send us a line at [email protected] on why you'd be a good fit and we'll be in touch.

In Norway, they say that there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.
Friluftsliv is the art of embracing the outdoors, no matter the weather.
At Von Sauna, we simplify this practice by bringing the heat right to nature’s doorstep - rain or shine.
Take a hike and find some fresh water.
Swim some laps, skip some stones, and feel something.
Nothing beats a natural cold plunge.

The PNW was never the backdrop. It's everything.
Snowmelt off the Cascades, down through moss, rock and rain. Running cold the whole way until it reaches the water we float on.
We're spending the summer upstream. Bare feet on river stone. Same water. Same feeling. Just further from the dock.
