Hi, I’m Monica Pagan, a proud hairstylist with 26 years of experience in the beauty industry and a true passion for making people feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. 💕✂️
My journey in the beauty industry began in an open-concept salon, where I learned the importance of connection, creativity, teamwork, and building genuine relationships with my clients. Over the years, my passion and dedication have continued to grow, leading me to an exciting new chapter: owning my own salon suite with five beautiful spaces.
My goal is to create more than just a place to get your hair done. I want to create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and inspired. Whether you’re coming in for a fresh new look, a little self-care, or simply some time for yourself, I want your experience to leave you feeling amazing.
After 26 years behind the chair, I’m still just as passionate about what I do as I was on day one. I love meeting new people, creating beautiful transformations, and watching my clients leave with a smile.
I’m incredibly grateful for every client, every lesson, and every opportunity that has brought me to where I am today. This is more than a career—it’s a passion, a journey, and a dream come true.
Welcome to my space! I can’t wait to meet you, make you feel beautiful, and share this exciting journey with you. ✨💕
