A day late, but happy Summer Solstice. ☀️

I love marking the changing seasons and remembering that we are part of nature’s cycles too. The longest day of the year came and went while I was busy helping my mom settle into her new apartment and navigating all the emotions that come with change. 🖤🤍

The solstice is a reminder to pause and notice what is growing, shifting, and asking to be honored—both around us and within us.

Today I’ll be stepping outside to soak in the heat, the green, and the scent of summer with gratitude. And of course throwing Grover’s ball 😂 ❤️

Lately I’ve been thinking about AI and how useful it can be—I use it sometimes too. It can feel like having a secretary for my small business.

But this space wasn’t built from convenience. It was built from curiosity, intuition, risk, creativity, and trusting ideas before I knew where they would lead.🤍
