Luscious. Rich. Warm. 🍂🤎
Fall hair has officially entered the chat.
Think glossy brunette, ribbons of warm caramel, rich dimension, and that expensive-looking glow that makes you want to immediately pull out the sweaters, order something cinnamon, and pretend it isn’t still 85 degrees outside.
This is the kind of color I LOVE for fall — warm, dimensional, ridiculously luscious, and just moody enough for the season.
Consider this your sign to enter your fall hair era. 🍁

Things that will wreck your blonde hair 👀
Blonde hair is beautiful but it’s also more vulnerable to dryness, dullness, staining and breakage. Here are five things that can sabotage your blonde between appointments:
🔥 Tools that are too hot
Excessive heat can weaken already-lightened hair, cause breakage and make your toner fade faster. Turn the temperature down and always use heat protection.
🚿 Hard water
Mineral buildup can leave blonde hair looking dull, brassy, muddy or even slightly orange. A shower filter and occasional clarifying or chelating treatment can make a huge difference.
💜 Overusing purple shampoo
More purple does not equal more blonde. Using it too often can make the hair look dark, flat, dry or slightly gray-purple. Purple shampoo is a maintenance product not your everyday shampoo.
🟡 Hair oils that aren’t clear
Some oils have a strong yellow or amber tint. With repeated use, that pigment can build up on very light blonde hair, leaving it looking dull, warm or slightly stained. For the brightest blonde, I prefer clear or nearly clear oils.
🧬 Too much protein
Protein can help damaged hair but overdoing it may leave the hair stiff, rough, tangled and more prone to snapping. Blonde hair needs a balance of strength and moisture.
Save this before your next wash day and send it to your blonde friend who treats purple shampoo like a personality trait. 💀💜

I don't know who needs to hear this, but don't give up.
Not hair related, but it hit me today going through old photos and seeing how far I've come.
I'm beyond grateful for everyone that has believed in me. ❤️
She came to me after coloring her hair at home. Over time, the color kept getting warmer and warmer until it no longer looked like the vision she had for her hair.
My goal was to correct the unwanted warmth, create balance, and give her a color that looked soft, natural, and seamless while respecting the integrity of her hair.
Color correction is one of my favorite services because no two are ever the same. Every head of hair has a different history, and there isn't a magic formula that fixes everything. It takes experience, a plan, and knowing how to work with the hair instead of against it.
If you've been struggling with unwanted warmth, banding, uneven color, or years of previous color, don't assume you're stuck with it. More often than not, there's a solution.
If you're looking for a stylist who loves a challenge and specializes in corrective color, I'd love to help. Fill out my new client form through the link in my bio.

She came to me after a previous color service from another salon left her with uneven warmth, dark banding, and a result that wasn't what she had hoped for.
Color correction isn't about throwing more color on top and hoping for the best. It's about understanding what happened, creating a plan, and working carefully to preserve the integrity of the hair.
For this correction, I strategically placed foils, refined the depth, brightened where needed, and protected her hair throughout the process with K18.
The result? A seamless, dimensional blonde that looks natural, feels healthy, and gives us a solid foundation for future appointments.
Not every color service goes as planned, and that's okay. If you've had a color experience that left you feeling disappointed, know that there are often solutions.

"Hair extensions will ruin your hair."
It's one of the biggest misconceptions I hear.
This video shows my client's natural hair immediately after removing her Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE).
Healthy. Strong. Shiny.
When extensions are professionally installed, properly maintained, and you're the right candidate, they shouldn't damage healthy hair.
The extension method matters. The stylist matters.
If you've avoided extensions because you were afraid they'd leave your hair thin or damaged, know that not all extension methods are created equal.
I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) for women with fine, thinning, postpartum, or aging hair who want natural-looking length and volume without compromising the health of their own hair.

If your hair has gotten thinner with age, stress, hormones, or postpartum changes... I want you to know you're not imagining it.
I hear it every day:
"My hair won't hold a curl."
"I can't get any volume anymore."
"My ponytail keeps getting smaller."
This client didn't need multiple rows of extensions.
She only needed ONE row to restore the fullness she was missing.
The right extension plan isn't about adding the most hair, it's about adding the right amount of hair in the right place.
The result? Fuller-looking hair, more volume, styles that last longer, and hair that looks effortlessly beautiful from every angle.
Sometimes, one row is all it takes to completely change how you feel about your hair.

I had to fix her color. 👀
This is what a blonde color correction can look like.
This guest came to me after another salon left her blonde uneven, muddy, and much darker than she wanted.
She still had hair color on half of her head when she left that salon the day she had it done. They literally didn't bother to cleanse all of it out. 😱
For this transformation, I used precise foil placement, a ton of foils, a custom root shadow, carefully brightened her ends, and finished with K18 to help keep her hair healthy throughout the service.

Beautiful extensions don't happen by accident—they're maintained. 🤍
One of the biggest differences between extensions that always look natural and extensions that start looking dull is keeping the custom color fresh.
Over time, extension hair is affected by heat styling, UV exposure, hard water, and everyday washing. Most extension guests benefit from a custom color refresh every 3–4 months to maintain a seamless blend.
A color refresh helps: ✨ Restore shine and tone ✨ Keep your dimensional color looking fresh ✨ Maintain an invisible blend between your natural hair and your extensions ✨ Protect your investment in premium hair
I custom-color every extension installation because no two guests are the same. Keeping that color fresh is part of what makes your extensions continue looking like your hair—not extensions.
If it's been a few months since your last color refresh, let's get you back to that freshly-installed look.

She hasn’t had highlights in 2 years.
Instead, I use her natural gray hair to create brightness and dimension, giving her a blonde result with hair color only and zero damage.
This is the kind of work that comes from being a professional colorist with nearly 20 years behind the chair. Gray coverage, gray blending, dimensional blonde, and healthy hair all require a custom approach. Knowing when to highlight, when to tone, when to shift the base, and when to work with the natural gray instead of fighting it is what creates beautiful, seamless results.
If you want to be blonder around the face, soften gray regrowth, and keep your hair looking healthy and expensive, this is exactly why experience matters.
