Our First Friday Artist for the month of August is Jenna Anderson. By day, Jenna creates beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and more. In her free time, she loves expressing her creative side through beautifully detailed pencil illustrations.

Join us Friday, August 7th in our “Green Room” from 6:00-9:00pm for drinks, snacks and a viewing of Jenna’s art. The artwork will be displayed in our “Green Room” at Hop’s Barbershop on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 6:00pm and remain at the shop throughout the month of August (so others can browse and purchase any remaining pieces). Then, at the end of the month, the artwork will be available to pickup at the shop if you have purchased a piece.

It seems like just yesterday we were opening up shop, but time has FLOWN by and Hop's Barbershop is turning 3 YEARS OLD this month! To celebrate the occasion, we’re throwing an old school House Party!

Join us at the shop Saturday, July 18th from 7:00-10:00pm for food and drinks, karaoke, and flash tattoos provided by 𝔅𝔯𝔢𝔫𝔫𝔞 𝔗𝔞𝔶𝔩𝔬𝔯 and Kimberly Shordon (CASH ONLY!).

The artist for our First Friday show for the month of June is our good friend Ashley Jones. You can find her on Instagram . Ashley doesn’t consider herself to be an artist by any means, but loves creating and collecting things that are colorful and bring her joy. She enjoys going to estate sales, sushi, swimming holes, making her house look like a cozy dive bar, her animals Walter and Stella, and laughing with her amazing friends.
