This is a model-based service, meaning:
Your only investment will be the cost of product and/or hair used during your appointment — I will be waiving my $125/hour service rate for this experience.

• A completely custom transformation

This gorgeous transformation was all about moving up her highlights and creating a softer, more blended look. By refreshing the placement and melting everything together, we were able to brighten her overall color while keeping it natural and dimensional.

Sometimes life is so crazy and unpredictable—you truly never know what’s going to happen.

Yesterday I flew out of Indianapolis to go teach a class with Malibu C. I had a layover in Charlotte, and unfortunately my connecting flight was canceled. With no available flights and the class needing full staffing, I had to make the tough call not to continue on after running on only two hours of sleep.

So back to the Charlotte airport I went to head home… and lo and behold, one of my amazing fellow salon ladies was there too, flying back from California.

It’s funny how small the world can be. After hours of travel chaos, it was such a relief to see a familiar, smiling face. Sometimes the universe has a way of reminding you you’re not alone—even in the middle of airport madness.

🚨 This is what improper extension installation and removal can look like.

Before anyone asks — I did NOT do this installation or the removal. This is what was brought to me by a client who is now needing help repairing the damage.

The photo shows the amount of hair that came out during the removal process. This is far beyond normal shedding and is typically the result of improper tape placement, incorrect installation, and poor removal techniques.

My client is now dealing with significant breakage and damage from:
• Over-processed bleach
• Improper extension installation
• Incorrect removal methods

Now my job is to help her rebuild the integrity of her hair and scalp before we can even think about extensions again.

Extensions can be an amazing service when they are installed and removed correctly by a trained extension specialist. But when they are not, the damage can be devastating.

✨ If you are a stylist who has not been properly trained in extensions, please refer your client to someone who is. Their hair health depends on it.

And if you’re a client wearing extensions — proper installation, maintenance, and removal matter more than you realize.

Healthy hair will always come first. 🤍
