One of the things that makes our salon so special is that we are truly education-based. Our associates are intentionally paired with educators who help guide, teach, and support them throughout their journey. 🤍
From hands-on, one-on-one learning to working side-by-side behind the chair, our educators give associates the opportunity to learn in real time, ask questions, build confidence, and continue growing their skills.
