Veterans: your VA benefits can cover chiropractic care and massage therapy - and we make using them simple.

Warwick Chiropractic & Massage is a Preferred VA Veterans Provider in the VA Community Care Network. Our team handles the coordination and paperwork on our end, so you can focus on getting better. Here's how it works:

Ask your VA primary care physician for a Community Care referral for chiropractic. Be specific about your symptoms - back pain, neck pain, headaches, vertigo, whatever's affecting your daily life.

Follow up by both phone and email. Referrals take time, and your health is worth advocating for.

Once the VA issues authorization, it comes straight to our office and we'll call you to schedule.

Your visits are authorized for a set window - and walk-in access is available for chiropractic once your referral is established.

We proactively manage renewals (the SAR report) up to 30 days before yours expires, to minimize any gap in your care.

In pain and your referral is still processing? We offer a straightforward cash-pay option so you don't have to wait for paperwork to clear.

We honor your service with expert care, personal attention, and better results.

Feeling sluggish, foggy, or just "off"?

Your body's cleanup crew may need some attention. In the Zone Technique, the body is divided into six systems - and the elimination zone governs the organs responsible for detoxification and waste removal.

When stress, diet, or environmental factors disrupt the communication between your brain and these organs, your body can struggle to clear waste the way it should.

And you feel it.Gentle chiropractic adjustments through the Zone Technique work to restore that connection, helping your body's natural cleansing processes return to normal.

When this system is running well, patients often report feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized.

Real relief. Real results. Focused on the source, so your body can heal and stay better longer.

Don’t overlook your PIP coverage. It could make all the difference after an accident. 🚗

Many people don’t realize that Personal Injury Protection (PIP) can help cover chiropractic care after a motor vehicle collision, regardless of who was at fault.

After an accident, adrenaline can mask pain for hours or even days. What feels like “just a little stiffness” can develop into headaches, neck pain, back pain, or other injuries if left untreated.

As chiropractors, we often see patients who wish they had been evaluated sooner. Early assessment and treatment can help support your recovery and get you back to doing the things you love.

Take a few minutes to review your auto insurance policy and make sure you have PIP coverage. It’s a small decision today that can provide valuable peace of mind if the unexpected happens.

Have questions about what to do after an accident? We’re here to help🫶

A car accident doesn't just jolt your neck. It travels the length of your spine.

Whiplash happens when your head is thrown in an uncontrolled direction - straining the joints, discs, muscles, ligaments, and nerves from your neck all the way down.

The cervical spine takes the brunt, but the mid-back, low back, discs, and soft tissue are frequently injured too, even in low-impact crashes.

And here's the part that catches people off guard: symptoms like headaches, stiffness, dizziness, and arm tingling may not show up for 24 to 72 hours.

That's why getting checked early matters. At Warwick Chiropractic & Massage, Dr. David Warwick brings 20+ years of treating auto-accident injuries - walk in after your crash and most patients are seen in 10 to 15 minutes.

We accept PIP, L&I, and most major plans, and we provide full injury documentation for your insurance claim or attorney.

Don't wait for symptoms to worsen. Your recovery is our priority.

Doctors recommend humans do the same. 😄

The rucksacks. The body armor. The jumps, the impacts, the years of pushing through.

Your body carried a load most people will never understand - and it keeps the receipts.

Chronic neck and lower back pain.

Headaches that trace back to the cervical spine.

Sciatica, vertigo, radiating pain into the shoulders, arms, and hips.

These aren't just "getting older." For many veterans, they're the long-term cost of service - and they're exactly what we're built to help with.

At Warwick Chiropractic & Massage, we provide drug-free, non-surgical care targeted to the unique challenges veterans face.

Dr. David Warwick spent four years treating active-duty personnel at Madigan Army Medical Center, so this isn't unfamiliar territory - it's the work he's proud to keep doing.

Your service. Our mission. Your recovery.

We've got your six.

Is it normal to feel sore after a chiropractic adjustment? 🤔

Yes, it can be!

Just like after a great workout or massage, your body may need a little time to adapt to new movement patterns. Mild soreness or tenderness for 24–48 hours is completely normal for some patients as your muscles, joints, and nervous system adjust.

✨ If you’re feeling sore:
• Stay hydrated 💧
• Keep moving with gentle walking or stretching 🚶‍♀️
• Use ice or heat if recommended by your chiropractor
• Listen to your body and allow yourself time to heal

If you’re feeling more sore than expected, be sure to let your chiropractor know. Your treatment plan can be adjusted by easing the intensity or spacing treatments differently to give your body the time and support it needs to adapt comfortably. Chiropractic care should always be tailored to you.

Most people find that any temporary soreness fades and is replaced by improved mobility, less tension, and better overall function.
