For any human hair service you need at least a week and a half to order and receive hair, so please book accordingly!!!

It never was a bad thing. Yall made it out to be a punishment.

1. Yes. You need to be fully detangled even if you’re getting a shampoo…
2. Yes. You will be charged because it’s extra time that is not included in the service you booked for
3. None of this means we don’t want to do it. It means COMMUNICATE……. You would be upset if something happens on your job that throws your day off…… it’s the same thing for us.

Human hair needs at least a week and a half advance booking to order and receive hair. Anything booked for human with less than a week and a half could be canceled or rescheduled. Shipping is finicky!

I only use Two brands of braiding hair, 3 if I must.
1. Is Ruwa
2. Is Outre Green pack
3. Is Outre orange oack.

Ruwa doesn’t have this issue at all.

I was already considering treating the hair. And then I had one client have an adverse reaction and another new client said she had previously had a reaction. That just confirmed it!

I’ve always been very reflective and this is for sure the next step for me! I take your hair very seriously and I won’t use anything on you that I wouldn’t use on myself!

And yes I know.. there is the banana fiber hair. That hair is not cost efficient for the volume of hair that I use. So it’s a no for me.

Curl typing matters much less than porosity and the texture of your strands! Your products are based on how your hair retains moisture not the way they curl/wave.

This is why I have a problem with that curl chart! It puts toooo much emphasis on curl and not enough on the more important things!
