This week’s Wellness Wednesday reminder:

🌿 Be gentle with wet hair. Hair is more fragile when wet, so use a wide-tooth comb and work from the ends upward.

🔥 Give it a break from the heat. When possible, let your hair air-dry and always use a heat protectant before styling.

💧 Keep it moisturized. A good conditioner or occasional hair mask can help keep your hair soft, manageable, and looking its best.

✂️ Don’t skip those trims. Regular trims help remove split ends and keep your style looking fresh.

🧴 Use products made for YOUR hair. Fine, thick, curly, straight, dry, or color-treated—your hair has its own needs. Ask your stylist what products are best for you.
